By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms so please take a moment to read and understand them!I did my best to make all of my pricing related info straightforward but please let me know before requesting a commission if you are confused about anything. Please provide clear picture references in your email of the character(s) even if they are famous, as well as any references you have for desired pose, clothing, facial expression, or background. Be as specific as possible regarding your vision, including colors if applicable. It can add significant time to your commission if we have to communicate back and forth regarding these details.If the character has never been drawn before and I am working from a written description there will be an additional fee of 50%. I am happy to do it but this kind of design work requires more communication and revisions.Payment:
All prices are in USD. Payments can be made to my Ko-fi after I have agreed to accept the commission. Work does not begin until full payment is received. Once I receive payment, I will begin and will send a sketch for approval within two weeks.Revisions:
I offer up to three revisions at the sketch stage and one chance to adjust colors at the flat stage for free.Turnaround
Since I am new to doing commissions on this scale and they will be a side project for now, I want to give myself a large buffer! As such, I am setting completion time up to a maximum of two months from time of payment. Likely, you will receive your art before the end of this window, especially if it is a less time intensive piece.Refunds:
There are no refunds on completed commissions. You will have a chance to see the art while it is in process and ample opportunity to request revisions before it is finished. If you are displeased with the finished piece, please reach out to me so that I can try to assist you.Partial refunds will be issued if the commission is canceled before work is complete. The rate will be dependent upon what stage I am at when the request is canceled. Cancellation before the sketch phase will have only $20 subtracted from the full amount, which will cover processing fees and a small percentage for my time. Otherwise, I will subtract the amount that the commission would have cost at the time that I stop working on it.For example, a full body, colored illustration costs $150. If I receive a cancellation when I have only completed the line art ($110), the commissioner would receive a refund of $40.Rights:
You are prohibited from using my art in any kind of AI generated work or NFTs.Commissioned art is for personal use only. You may display it on your social media, Twitch, YouTube, etc, with proper accreditation but it is not intended to be used on merchandise or other commercial products. Commercial rates can be negotiated, just message me first!Misc.
I frequently stream my art process and post my finished pieces to social media but if you would like your commission to stay private, just let me know! I reserve the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable. Sometimes I work on multiple pieces at a time so please do not think that I’m not still working on your art if I post a personal piece or another commission. You are welcome to email me in order to check the status of your commission. If you are rude to me, I will cancel your commission and issue a partial refund per my refund policy.
